Human Resource Coordinator - VIRTUAL

1 year committment minimum
The Human Resources Specialist of TAPC is responsible for managing and coordinating all aspects of the organization's human resources function. They develop and implement policies and procedures related to recruitment, compensation, benefits, performance management, employee relations, and compliance with labor laws. The HR Specialist may also oversee the organization's personnel records, and employee training and development programs. Additionally, the HR Specialist may be responsible for managing relationships with external human resources vendors, other organizations and other volunteers. They also provide guidance to managers and employees on human resources-related issues, resolve conflicts, and ensure that the organization is complying with all relevant laws and regulations. The HR Manager plays a critical role in supporting the organization's staff and ensuring that it has the resources needed to specialist its mission.
