Social Media Manager - VIRTUAL
1 year committment minimum
Collaborate with the TAPC Marketing team to produce engaging posts and reels for TAPC's social media pages Moderate comments and content posted on the social media platforms Ensure that the videos adhere to trends as well as TAPC's initiatives (TikTok, YouTube, Instagram) Provide ideas for the team to create 10+ TikTok videos monthly, 10+ YouTube shorts monthly Create trailers/season recaps for the TAPC podcast Create snippets for the TAPC podcast. Develop and execute a social media strategy that aligns with TAPC's overall marketing goals and objectives. Plan and create content for TAPC's social media platforms, including but not limited to TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and Twitter. Use analytics and social media insights to measure the effectiveness of social media campaigns and adjust strategies as needed to maximize engagement and reach. Collaborate with the TAPC team to stay up-to-date on industry trends and incorporate them into social media content. Manage the social media content calendar and ensure timely delivery of content across all channels. Respond to messages and comments on social media in a timely and professional manner, and escalate any issues as needed. Work with TAPC's graphic design team to create visually appealing and engaging social media posts. Stay up-to-date with platform updates, algorithm changes, and new features, and adjust social media strategies accordingly. Attend TAPC events to capture and create content for social media. Build relationships with influencers, partners, and collaborators to increase TAPC's social media presence. Stay informed about legal and ethical social media practices and ensure that all TAPC social media content adheres to these standards. Previous experience with social media account management/production and a strong artistic/creative direction is required
