VOLUNTEER Administrative Assistant - VIRTUAL/REMOTE

An administrative assistant for TAPC is responsible for providing administrative support to the organization's staff and leadership. They handle a wide range of tasks, including answering phone calls and emails, scheduling meetings, managing calendars, processing mail, ordering office supplies, and maintaining files and databases. The administrative assistant may also assist with event planning, fundraising, and communications activities, such as drafting and sending correspondence, managing social media accounts, and updating the organization's website. They may provide support to the organization's board of directors and committees, including preparing meeting materials and taking minutes. The administrative assistant plays a critical role in ensuring that the organization's operations run smoothly and that staff and volunteers have the resources they need to carry out the organization's mission.
