VOLUNTEER IT Coordinator - VIRTUAL/REMOTE

Take a Pain Check (TAPC) is a passionate community-driven podcast and foundation dedicated to raising awareness about pain management and fostering a supportive network for those affected by chronic pain. We are seeking a skilled and motivated Volunteer IT Coordinator to join our team and help us leverage technology to enhance our reach and impact. Position Overview: As a Volunteer IT Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in managing various technical aspects of TAPC's operations. You will be responsible for ensuring our online presence is up-to-date, managing technology platforms, and assisting with technical concerns. Your efforts will directly contribute to our ability to connect with our audience and deliver meaningful content. Responsibilities: Update and maintain the Linktree page to provide easy access to our various platforms and resources. Provide technical support for TAPC's tech aspects, including email, YouTube shorts, Zoom, and more. Manage and update the Trello board with content schedules, tasks, and progress updates. Regularly update the TAPC website with fresh content, announcements, and resources. Oversee the Discord platform, engaging the community, and ensuring a positive environment. Set up and manage merchandise stores on external platforms, integrating them with our website. Assist with technology-related concerns and provide solutions to ensure smooth operations. Analyze analytics data to gather insights into audience engagement and preferences. Collaborate on captioning videos and improving accessibility for a wider audience. Organize and manage files in Google Drive and Slack channels for efficient collaboration. Manage the podcast's presence on various platforms, including podcast directories. Assist in identifying and securing podcast advertising opportunities to promote TAPC. Qualifications: Passion for our mission of raising awareness about pain management and supporting those with chronic pain. Basic to intermediate proficiency in tech tools like Trello, Slack, Linktree, Discord, and Google Drive. Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and projects effectively. Familiarity with web development, social media management, and content creation. Analytical mindset to derive insights from analytics data. Excellent communication skills and a collaborative attitude.
