Description of Role: Marketing Coordinator is responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to increase awareness of our organization’s mission and goals. The marketing coordinator will utilize their skills in social media management, graphic design, and online marketing to help us reach a wider audience, promote our events, and engage our community effectively. Responsibilities: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement marketing strategies that align with the organization's objectives and target audience Create and manage content on various social media platforms (Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.) to promote the organization, events, and content Utilize style guidelines to ensure consistent branding across social media pages Create captivating and informative graphics and captions for all social media posts to enhance visibility and engagement Design eye-catching graphics posters, brochures, flyers, and promotional materials for events, campaigns, and initiatives Develop a marketing plan with the marketing team Design visually appealing graphics for newsletters and collaborate with the marketing team to ensure content is well-presented Work alongside webmasters, and the IT team to analyze and report on website analytics, user engagement, and SEO performance Post Tiktok videos on our social media channels Design logos and promotional material for merchandise, ensuring they reflect the organization’s brand identity Regularly update the organization’s social media linktree with relevant and engaging information
