Responsibilities:

Reach out to potential guests for interviews and collaborations via email.
Coordinate recording schedules and provide necessary details to guests
Develop and maintain a balanced release schedule, ensuring timely publication.
Collaborate with the production team to ensure smooth episode launches.
Identify and pursue collaboration opportunities with other podcasts and influencers.
Plan and execute joint episodes for cross-promotion.
Manage press inquiries professionally and prepare effective press releases.
Submit podcast to relevant platforms to increase visibility.
Contribute to strategic planning and propose engaging content ideas.
Monitor performance metrics and develop growth strategies.
Work with marketing and social media team to create social media content related to episodes and collaborations.
Engage with the online community and explore promotional avenues.
Work closely with hosts, producers, and team members for seamless production.
Maintain consistent podcast branding and quality.
Gather and analyze feedback to enhance podcast quality.
