Healthy Future Sask is a national initiative hosted and supported by the Saskatchewan Cancer Agency. It is a population health research study that aims to answer questions about the causes of cancer and chronic disease by following the health of Saskatchewan residents. We are part of the Canadian Partnership for Tomorrow's Health, CanPath, the largest chronic disease research project in Canadian history.

We are creating a platform and building tools for health researchers from across the country to conduct innovative research and explore Saskatchewan's people's biology, behaviours, and environments to learn more about the causes. Our goal is to enable discovery in disease detection, treatment, control, and prevention to improve the health of future generations and create a world free of chronic disease and cancer.

We need your help to create a healthy future for Saskatchewan. We need 7000+ Saskatchewan residents aged 30 to 74 to take the time to fill out our survey and help build a healthier future for our loved ones.
