Support Group Facilitator

Reporting to the Patient Services Manager, the Support Group Facilitator is responsible for the key leadership of a local ALS or PLS support group. Groups provide an open, friendly, and safe environment for ALS/PLS patients, family members and/or caregivers to discuss issues related to living with ALS/PLS.
