Prefer a commitment of 6 months - 1 year
You and your canine companion have a meaningful position providing companionship and socialization with patients, residents, family and friends, and staff members within a healthcare facility. Visits provide opportunity for interaction with you and your dog in a relaxed atmosphere. Dog and handler must successfully complete screening and immunization requirements to ensure appropriate for a healthcare setting. Flexible timeframe; prefer a commitment of 1 – 2 shifts per month; each shift is typically 1 – 2 hours each.
Additional Details & Skills Required
Ideal candidate enjoys working and supporting seniors, is comfortable in a healthcare setting, and is open to learning.
