🚀 Join Our Mission to Empower the Next Generation of Tech Leaders! Are you passionate about coding and creating change? We’re looking for an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Data 4HER Facilitator to lead exciting, hands-on workshops that teach coding and digital skills to minority girls. In this role, you’ll do more than teach — you’ll inspire, mentor, and shape the future of tech. 🌟 What You’ll Do Lead dynamic, curriculum-based coding and digital literacy workshops that make tech fun, relevant, and accessible. Teach programming languages like Python, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, or Scratch depending on program level. Help students bring ideas to life through real-world coding projects and creative problem-solving. Create a safe, inclusive space where young girls feel seen, supported, and empowered to explore tech careers. Work with our program team to refine lessons, bring in the latest tech trends, and keep content fresh. Provide personalized mentorship — answer questions, give constructive feedback, and track progress. Support program evaluation by gathering feedback and assessing participant engagement. 🧠 What You Bring Solid knowledge of key programming languages (Python, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, etc.). Experience teaching or mentoring in coding, tech, or STEM-related programs — especially with youth. A genuine passion for advancing diversity in STEM and lifting up underrepresented voices. Strong communication, presentation, and storytelling skills that make complex concepts click. A creative, engaging teaching style that sparks curiosity and confidence. Bonus: experience working with girls or youth from diverse and underserved communities. Position Details 📍 Hybrid 🕒 10 hours/week 📅 Flexible scheduling available
