Through programs in leadership, health & wellness, financial literacy, and STEAM (Science, Tech, Engineering, Arts & Math), we equip young women to thrive and lead. 🦸♀️ The Opportunity: As Director of Programming, you’ll be the creative force and strategic leader behind all of EmpowHERto’s programs. You’ll shape bold ideas into powerful experiences that ignite passion, boost confidence, and build skills that last a lifetime. 🔧 What You'll Do: 🧠 Design & Deliver: Build inspiring, mission-driven programs that spark real impact. 📊 Measure & Refine: Track success and optimize for results — because good programs become great through feedback. 💸 Manage Resources: Oversee budgets and maximize our programming potential with smart planning. 💬 Lead with Heart: Mentor and support our incredible team of volunteers and staff. 🤝 Build Partnerships: Forge strong connections with community partners, sponsors, and stakeholders. 🚀 Drive Growth: Identify opportunities for funding and expansion that take our programs to the next level. 📝 Streamline Systems: Develop efficient workflows, documentation, and team tools. 🎤 Be the Voice: Represent EmpowHERto at community events and in partnerships. 🤗 Collaborate Boldly: Work closely with our marketing, fundraising, and content teams to bring programs to life. 💪 Embrace More: Step up for other initiatives when needed — we love team players! ✅ What You Bring: A degree in Education, Social Work, Mental Health, or a related field. 1+ year of experience managing youth programs or community initiatives. A passion for working with marginalized and underserved youth. Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills. Proficiency with tools like PowerPoint and other digital platforms. Ready to commit 10 hours/week to volunteer (remote-friendly!). A valid Police Vulnerable Sector Check. 🌍 Ready to Empower the Next Generation?
