Content Writer and UX/UI Designer for Dog Breed Education

Paction is working to empower on the best pup small breeders, rescues and shelters and equally support educated decisions among potential pup parents. In order to ensure that Paction is on top of the current landscape, we require some help with data collection and deep research.  The current opportunity provides an opportunity for a student to exercise their research skills and prepare them for future endeavours in the social sciences and marketing sectors. You will design a research project to define a target audience for potential pup parents across Canada.

Part of this mission is educating the public to make the right choice of breed that matches their lifestyle when seeking out a dog. The ideal candidate will have a deep love for dogs and a talent for crafting interesting and unique facts about the most popular dog breeds. Your work will help our readers learn more about their favorite breeds, understand their characteristics, and make informed decisions when choosing a dog.

Key Responsibilities:

- Research and write captivating and informative facts about the most popular dog breeds
- Design webpages for this content with modern design and easy user experience 
- Create content that highlights the unique traits, history, and quirks of each breed
- Collaborate with our editorial team to ensure content is accurate, engaging, and aligned with our brand voice
- Stay updated on the latest trends, studies, and news related to dog breeds and canine care
- Optimize content for SEO to increase visibility and engagement.
- Ensure all content is fact-checked and sources are properly cited
