Young Politicians of Canada

The Young Politicians of Canada (YPC) is a national, non-partisan, non-profit youth-led organization that sustains the purpose of empowering, educating, and, creating Canada's future leaders. YPC’s purpose is to empower young Canadians so that they can cultivate the skills necessary to meaningfully engage within our democratic system. YPC aims to engage young Canadians aged 14-24 in the political world through initiatives, placements, leadership opportunities, think tanks, and councils. Some of the core focuses of YPC are advocating for climate change, a resilient economy for everyone, youth empowerment and education which YPC understands as interconnected pillars crucial for the sustainable development of Canada. The YPC aims to empower young individuals to contribute to societal progress. YPC sees investing in the youth as an investment in the nation's future, fostering a more engaged and participatory citizenry.
