One-Time Volunteer Opportunity: Christmas Lunch for Seniors 🎄

At 411 Seniors Centre Society, we rely on the generosity of individuals and organizations like you to make our programs possible. This year, we are hosting our Christmas Lunch for Seniors, and we are seeking one-time volunteers to help make this special celebration a success.

📅 Event Date:

Thursday, December 19

🍽 Meal Sittings (160 meals total):

First Sitting: 8:30 AM – 11:30 AM

Second Sitting: 11:30 AM – 3:30 PM

🙌 Volunteer Roles Available:

We welcome support in the following areas:

Event Hosting: Greeting guests, helping with set-up, serving meals, and assisting with clean-up

Kitchen Assistance: Supporting the kitchen team with meal preparation and service

Take-Down & Closing Support: (Second sitting volunteers) Helping pack up and reset the space after the event

⚠️ Important Note

Lunch is not provided for volunteers.
Please plan accordingly and take any necessary precautions (bring snacks, water, or anything you may need during your shift).

This is a one-time volunteer opportunity perfect for individuals, families, corporate teams, or community groups who want to give back during the holiday season.
