Resource Centre Volunteer

At least 6 months 
We are looking for volunteers to help us in our Resource Centre, which is a shared lounge space for Ribbon Community clients and community members. 

This position ensures the Resource Centre is a welcoming space for all clients accessing services at Ribbon Community, and facilitates the use of the shared space, while making people feel comfortable. 

Specific duties include: 
-Welcoming clients to the space and offering coffee, and food
-Engaging with clients and community members in activities (ie. puzzles, games, cards)
-Supporting use of computers and TV
-Generally keeping things tidy

Shifts are currently available:
-Wednesdays 10am-1pm
-Mondays 1-4pm 
-Thursday 10am to 1pm
