Administrative Support Team [Locations available across B.C.]
This team helps staff deliver high quality services to local communities by managing many of the administrative details needed to provide caring, personalized, and reliable support to clients. LOCATIONS INCLUDE: Vancouver and Victoria. RESPONSIBILITIES & TASKS • Creating information packages for the public and medical care professionals • Connect with program and workshop registrants to provide reminders of upcoming sessions • Organizing materials and preparing for upcoming education session • Assist in managing waitlists for in person program • Assist in managing incoming calls to the Resource Centre • Providing general office assistance, including photocopying, filing, and mailing SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE & COMPETENCIES Good computer skills, including Microsoft Suite • Patient and friendly telephone manner • Attention to detail and organized • Respect for the confidentiality of our clientele TRAINING All team members will complete e-learning modules accessed through the volunteer portal and participate in on-site training.
