Are you passionate about community engagement and skilled in social media and website management? Join us at the ASK Friendship Society (www.askcentre.ca) to make a difference in the lives of older adults! We’re looking for a dedicated volunteer to help share our story, keep our online presence fresh, and connect with our audience. Position: Social Media & Website Manager (Volunteer) Location: Remote or on-site at ASK Friendship Society, Vancouver, BC Commitment: 1-2 hours per week Responsibilities: - Develop and post engaging content across our social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn) - Update and maintain our website, ensuring it reflects current programs, events, and news - Monitor online engagement and respond to comments or inquiries - Collaborate with team members to highlight our community impact and reach new audiences What We’re Looking For: - Experience with social media platforms and website management (WordPress or similar) - Strong writing and communication skills - Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail - Passion for community service and supporting older adults Why Volunteer with Us?
