EcoCooks non-profit program was established by the registered charity, Unbounded Canada Foundation, in partnership with the Elements Society. There are two types of programs that are provided by EcoCooks:

- EcoCooks Club is an afterschool program for youth in grades 4-7. EcoCooks includes fun-filled interactive games, delicious cooking, and a field trip, while teaching youth participants to learn new skills while taking action for the planet.

- EcoCooks School is a classroom-based program for youth in grades 8-12.
