Human Resources Director

Fluent in Minds is a youth-led organization dedicated to improving the accessibility of mental health care and awareness of mental health to those who do not speak English. Our volunteers translate mental health care information to lower language and stigma barriers to professional help. The Human Resources Director will manage volunteering hours, review new volunteer applications, and keep translators as well as reviewers accountable. Responsibilities and tasks: • Log and organize volunteering hours for volunteers • Review applications for new Translators and Reviewers • Make hiring decisions • Maintain clear communication with volunteers and be responsible for holding them accountable • Work with Language Team Leads to manage Translators and Reviewers General requirements • Extreme interpersonal and professional communication skills • Responsibility and ability to make significant time commitment • Basic knowledge of google sheets • Leadership skills and or experience
