Senior Peer Counselling Training Course and Volunteer Program

For Volunteers  55 years and over

Are you interested in helping support
the quality of life for Seniors?
Some are experiencing:
• Grief & loss
• Disconnect from their
loved ones
• Age related health
challenges
• A need to connect to
their community
• Social isolation on
• Cognitive impairment

Senior Peer Support Training

Starting Wednesday, January 2025 ,  4 pm- 8 pm, and continuing on both Wednesday, 4 pm- 8 pm and Fridays, 1 pm- 5 pm for a total of eleven sessions  all on zoom except for the last twelfth session on November 8 2024 which is in person.

Offered at no cost for a total of 12 sessions.
Upon completion you will get a certificate in senior peer counselling
