The Youth Leadership Millennium program (YLM) at S.U.C.C.E.S.S is an 8-month leadership program that is FREE for all Canadian citizens and permanent residents ages 15-30 living in the Vancouver area.

The program aims to build leadership through outdoor recreation, community service and weekly workshops. We focus on topics such as public speaking, career planning and personal development. Alongside a cohort of peers, you will graduate from the program with professional certifications, volunteer experience, a polished resume and cover letter and numerous outdoor fun activities under your belt!
