Role Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Grant Specialist to play a crucial role in securing funding for our vital programs and initiatives. This part-time volunteer position offers a unique opportunity to contribute your skills and passion to a meaningful cause and make a tangible difference in our community.

The Grant Specialist will be responsible for researching, identifying, and developing grant proposals to support our organization’s programs. This role requires excellent research, writing, and organizational skills, as well as a strong understanding of grant funding processes.

- Strong research and analytical skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to write clear, concise, and persuasive grant proposals.
- Proficient in using online databases and research tools.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Passion for The C.O.D.E. Initiative’s mission and a commitment to serving the community.
- Previous grant writing experience is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with non-profit operations and grant funding processes is a plus.
