🌟 Are you a creative leader who loves mentoring others and making an impact? We’re Kaleidoscope Mental Health Support Society—a community passionate about mental health, peer support, and creating positive change. We’re looking for a talented and organized volunteer to lead our design team, provide training and support, and help us create meaningful, on-brand social media content to promote our mission. What You’ll Do: -Lead a Team: Oversee a small group of social media ad creators and graphic designers, guiding them to produce high-quality, engaging designs. -Provide Training: Help team members get comfortable with Canva Pro Teams, teaching tips and tricks to create eye-catching and effective designs. -Offer Support and Feedback: Review designs, offer constructive feedback, and ensure all content aligns with our branding and messaging. -Collaborate with Leadership: Work closely with our communications team to ensure design priorities align with organizational goals and campaigns. -Keep Things Organized: Use tools like shared folders or simple project trackers to manage tasks and deadlines for the design team. Who You Are: -Experienced in Graphic Design: You have solid experience with Canva Pro (or similar tools) and a strong understanding of social media design best practices. -A Natural Leader: You enjoy supporting and mentoring others to help them grow their skills. -Organized and Reliable: You know how to juggle tasks and keep a team on track. -Passionate About Mental Health: You want to contribute your talents to a meaningful cause.
