Vancouver Foundation Board of Directors

We’re looking for new applicants to join our Board and will be selecting three candidates for a three-year term.

Vancouver Foundation is accepting applications from candidates residing in British Columbia until January 31st, 2025 and we’re seeking candidates with two or more of the following:
-Accounting and auditing experience (CPA qualified);
-Institutional investment experience (CFA qualified);
-Justice, Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion experience;
-Representation and Community Engagement (specifically Black and Indigenous individuals with experience living outside of the Lower Mainland); and
-Governance and human resources experience.

We will invite shortlisted candidates for an interview on February 26th or 27th and will present recommended candidates to the Board of Directors in April.
