Social Media Content Creator

As a Social Media Content Creator, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing social media strategies to enhance brand awareness, engage our audience, and drive online traffic. You will collaborate closely with the marketing team to create compelling content across various platforms, ensuring our brand message is effectively communicated. Assisting the social media team with: content creation, scheduling, marketing, communications, promotions, event planning etc. Responsibilities: Content Creation: - Develop engaging and shareable content for social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok. - Create visually appealing graphics, videos, and other multimedia elements to accompany social media posts. Social Media Management: - Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions on social media platforms in a timely and professional manner. - Implement social media campaigns to align with marketing goals and promotional activities. Analytics and Reporting: - Track and analyze social media performance metrics to assess the success of campaigns. - Provide regular reports and insights, making data-driven recommendations for improvements. Trend Monitoring: -Stay informed about industry trends and emerging social media platforms to ensure the company remains at the forefront of digital marketing. Collaboration: - Work closely with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing strategies. - Collaborate with other departments to gather content and insights for social media activities. Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to provide sponsors, artists, and performers with the necessary information regarding our event Ability to show initiative and work independently (working from home is possible), but also able to work as part of a wider team and report back to team members Enthusiasm and a keen interest in visual arts and events management are desireable Experienced user of email and Gmail, google Experience/Qualifications in this field are preferable but not essential
Certification or Education Required
High school diploma, University degree Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred. Proven experience in managing social media accounts for businesses or brands. Proficient in social media management tools and analytics platforms. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box. Familiarity with design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
