Volunteer Coordinator for Art Vancouver Event

We need 5 volunteer coordinators to help organize all the other volunteers during our event . We need to start preparing now for where all the positions and roles will be. Need to communicate with them all and confirm their positions. 

If you’re energetic, friendly, punctual and well presented, you’re exactly who we’re looking for. If you have a background in art and/or event management, even better. Age requirement is you have to be 18 or older and you must be able to speak English.

Art Vancouver, Western Canada’s most prestigious art fair brings the international art world together at the Vancouver Convention Center West. Featuring reputable galleries and artists from across Canada and around the world.

Founded in 2015 by the non-profit Vancouver Visual Art Foundation (VVAF), Art Vancouver is dedicated to raising awareness of Western Canada's art scene. Art Vancouver, is an international art fair held annually in a world-class location at the Vancouver Convention Centre West. 

We invite you to join us for our seventh edition from April 24-27th, 2025 as Art Vancouver connects international exhibitors under one roof. Featuring an array of reputable galleries and artists from Canada and around the world, exhibitors showcase their artwork on a prestigious platform to a global audience.
