WTC is recruiting a treasurer!

Women Transforming Cities, is a grassroots feminist charity that aims to radically shift social, economic, and political power to equity-deserving groups to reshape who cities are built by and for so that communities’ needs are met and everyone can belong, participate, and thrive. We do this with an intersectional feminist lens through civic literacy and education, research, advocacy and collaboration.

We are recruiting a Treasurer for our Board of Directors.

The treasurer should:
	Ideally be a CPA, or have a similar financial background
	Be an intersectional feminist
	Able to commit 4-5 hours per month, including a bi-monthly board meeting
	Have experience with non-profit accounting (not essential)

The Treasurer would begin in December 2024, and include a handover period from our retiring Treasurer.
