Teen Night Volunteer (Brothers & Sisters)

Are you passionate about community service and interested in shaping the future of our youth? The Islamic Centre of South Calgary (ICSC) is inviting dedicated volunteers for our weekly Teen Night program.

Our Teen Night is a dynamic program specifically designed for Muslim teenagers aged 13-17. Every week, we host a variety of engaging activities for our teens, focusing on Discussions, Trainings, and Community Engagement. Our aim is to provide a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment where teenagers can learn, grow, and contribute to the community in the light of Islamic values.

As a volunteer, you will have the opportunity to:

Assist in planning and executing a diverse range of discussions and trainings.
Interact with teenagers, fostering a positive and supportive community.
Contribute to the personal and social development of our young participants.
Gain valuable experience in community service and youth engagement.
In line with the teachings of Islam, we strive to instill values such as respect, compassion, honesty, and teamwork in our teenagers. We believe in creating an environment that encourages learning, brotherhood/sisterhood, and spiritual growth.

We welcome individuals who are dedicated, reliable, and have a genuine interest in youth development. Prior experience is not required as training will be provided.
