Heart Home Network Youth Drop-In Evening Support

Purpose: Building positive relationships with youth currently living at the Heart Home Network Centre
Position Duties:
•	Initiate and build relationships with resident youths
•	One evening per week

The Ideal Person for this Role is:
•	Individuals with experience working with youths
•	Individuals comfortable with youths from diverse backgrounds
•	Individuals with strong communication skills who are comfortable initiating conversations
Additional Details & Skills Required
•	Preliminary Interview with program facilitator
•	References
•	Police Record Check with Vulnerable Sector Check
•	3-hour Heart Home Network volunteer orientation and role specific training
•	Continuous training on various topics
