About Us The Autism Today Foundation is a nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting individuals on the autism spectrum and their families through education, empowerment, advocacy, and community-building. As we grow our national and global impact, we are seeking a passionate and driven Sales Representative Manager to lead and coordinate our outreach and sponsorship efforts. Position Overview As the Sales Representative Manager, you will play a key leadership role in driving revenue-generating initiatives for the Foundation. You will oversee a team of volunteer sales representatives, develop strategies to secure sponsorships and partnerships, and help promote our events, campaigns, and resources. Your leadership will be instrumental in connecting us with mission-aligned organizations, donors, and supporters who share our vision of inclusion and empowerment. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement strategic plans for sponsorship acquisition and partnership outreach Manage and mentor a team of volunteer sales representatives Identify and pursue opportunities with businesses, institutions, and individuals who align with the Foundation’s mission Manage outreach communication, proposal development, and follow-up processes Track and report sales performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed Collaborate with the marketing and fundraising teams to align messaging and maximize engagement Represent Autism Today Foundation in meetings with external partners and sponsors What We’re Looking For Experience in sales, business development, or fundraising (nonprofit or corporate sector) Strong leadership and communication skills Goal-oriented, with the ability to motivate and manage a team Comfort with outreach via phone, email, and virtual meetings Familiarity with CRM systems or spreadsheets to track contacts and performance Passion for social impact, especially in the areas of autism and neurodiversity Previous nonprofit experience is a strong asset, but not required
