As we expand our online presence and resource offerings, we are looking for a WooCommerce Assistant to help us enhance our digital storefront and improve the user experience for families, educators, and supporters. About the Role As a WooCommerce Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the setup, maintenance, and optimization of our WooCommerce store on WordPress. You'll work closely with our Marketing and Technical teams to ensure a seamless, functional, and accessible shopping experience for our visitors. Responsibilities Assist in adding, editing, and organizing products in WooCommerce Manage product categories, descriptions, and visual assets Support troubleshooting of cart, checkout, and payment issues Help integrate plugins related to shipping, inventory, or booking Ensure the storefront is user-friendly, responsive, and up-to-date Collaborate with Marketing on product launches, promotions, or digital downloads Maintain product tags, stock levels, and order flow accuracy Assist with basic backend tasks related to WooCommerce and WordPress You’re a Great Fit If You: Have solid experience with WooCommerce and WordPress Are comfortable navigating a website backend and using plugins Pay attention to detail and enjoy organizing content Communicate clearly and collaborate well with a remote team Are interested in e-commerce, digital accessibility, or nonprofit work Want to gain hands-on experience while making a real impact
