 Plan and execute video shoots, ensuring high-quality production value and adherence to deadlines.
 Edit and post-process videos using video editing software to enhance visual appeal and storytelling.
 Optimize videos for maximum reach and engagement, including writing catchy titles, descriptions, and tags.
 Stay informed about YouTube's best practices, algorithms, and community guidelines to ensure compliance and maximize visibility.
 Actively engage with the YouTube community, responding to comments, addressing feedback, and fostering a positive online presence.
 Monitor and analyse video performance metrics, such as views, likes, comments, and shares, to identify areas for improvement and inform future content creation.
 Stay updated with emerging trends and techniques in video production, storytelling, and social media to continuously enhance the quality of our YouTube content.

Requirements:

 Passion for video creation, storytelling, and digital content.
 Proficient in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar).
 Strong creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
 Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
 Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
 Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
 Familiarity with YouTube's platform, algorithms, and best practices.
 Basic knowledge of SEO principles and strategies for online content.
 Previous experience in video editing, content creation, or a related field is a plus but not required.
 Willingness to learn and explore new tools, techniques, and trends in video production and online content creation.
