Administrative Specialist Volunteer II
Perform administrative duties to promote overall team functioning. 

Administrative specialists use their excellent organizational skills to support and coordinate the MHC’s volunteers. They closely collaborate with their fellow Administrative Specialist(s) and the Administrative Specialist Team Lead, and individual team members. 

Time commitment: 3-6 hours a week for a minimum 1-year term (with the opportunity to increase volunteer hours as agreed upon by the volunteer and MHC)
Technology required: computer, high-speed internet, telephone

General responsibilities: 

Curate and send MHC’s monthly newsletter
Help to create volunteer recruitment social media posts
Update manuals and shared documents as needed 
Coordinate quarterly theme projects
Provide administrative assistance as projects arise (producing materials, following up with volunteers, etc.)
