Digital Communications Co-Team Lead Volunteer

Mental Health Copilots is a non-profit organization helping people access mental health resources. We're looking for a Digital Communications Co-Team Lead Volunteer, who will collaboratively support and coordinate our Digital Communications Team! 

Responsibilities: 

- Generate themes and directions for social media posts, coordinate a regular posting schedule, review content to ensure it meets MHC's criteria, and facilitate training opportunities to support team success

- Respond to volunteer questions, assist with interviews, chair monthly team meetings, and follow up on volunteer time sheets (these conversations are supportive and are meant to check if a volunteer is overextending themselves or has a personal circumstance that merits adjusting their volunteering commitment)

- Participate in volunteer coaching, development conversations, and biannual check-ins, assist with resolving conflicts that arise between social media users, volunteers, or other stakeholders

Requirements:
- 4-6 hours per week for a minimum of 1 year
- Must be aged 18+
- Must have reliable access to a computer, high-speed internet, and phone
