The Interior Crisis Line Network (ICLN) is an innovative network linking five community-based partner agencies to provide 24/7 support across the Interior Health Region. The Williams Lake Site is partnered through The Canadian Mental Health Association - Cariboo Chilcotin.

The network is founded on the principles of providing 24/7/365 that truly C.A.R.E.s incorporating Confidentiality, Accessibility, Research, and Empowerment.

Skilled and caring Crisis Line Responders provided over 620,000 minutes of compassionate support, skilled crisis de-escalation, suicide prevention & life-saving intervention in 2021/22.

In addition to providing 24/7 crisis line support through the regional Crisis Line Network (1.888.353.2273 (CARE), we also answer calls from the Interior Region on the provincial Suicide Line (1800Suicide), provincial Mental Health Line (310-6789) and the Canadian Suicide Prevention Service (1.888.456.4566).
